When Brenna and Shea, two rival hockey players, have to collaborate to take down a common enemy, they soon discover love is a ruthless game.

*******

Brenna Harrison, a gifted hockey player, wants to prove her worth in the hockey world. She knows the consequences of playing on the boys' hockey team: degrading comments, sexist rules, and jealous boys, but she's determined to undermine the patriarchal foundation of her favourite sport.

Shea Smith is also a gifted hockey player... but he sees Brenna as a threat. He believes she doesn't belong in the boys' league, despite her astounding skills; he's jealous. So, when the opportunity to potentially eject her from the league presents itself, Shea takes the opportunity. He agrees to a bet with his enemy, Connor Watt; a bet that will break Brenna's heart and make her not want to play hockey.

At least... that's what he thinks.

Soon, he's regretting the decision and decides to tell Brenna. She's furious, but also sees this as an opportunity to have the root of the problem ejected from the league. Brenna and Shea agree to take Connor down and expose him for who he truly is: as sexist jerk.

But with bending the rules, there comes a price.

A Good Girl's Guide To Being Naughty • • • Ivy Collins is a normal 21 y/o woman. Except for the fact she's a virgin ... or at least she was until she had sex with her university rivals hockey captain. After a quick (devastatingly quick) night with the man and being called a lousy lay, Ivy made a promise to herself that she wouldn't do it again ... sex that is. Who needs sex when all it brought was insecurities and more, and it wasn't even that good to begin with. Enter Asher Hudson, Ice Hockey captain, her brothers best friend and her best friends brother - triple trifecta of why she shouldn't get involved with him. But when he overhears a conversation Ivy has with her best friend, he gives her an offer she can't refuse. Well, she can, and she should, but why would she want to? Three months, she helps him with his grades, and he'll help her with her sex life. Only one rule, don't fall in love. Easy, right? He'll teach her everything she wants to know, and show her that sex can be fun, you just have to know how to do it right. And Ivy should refuse, after all he's the Ice Hockey captain, her brother's best friend and her best friend's brother - but what's the fun in that. Ivy knows she should say no, but she won't. And she won't fall in love, she can't. ••• Completed • First Draft - half edited. Watty2025 winner #1 in #Romance #1 in #Brotherbestfriend #2 in #bestfriendsbrother #2 in #icehockey

*book two of the Counting On Hockey series. Read Just Another Goal prior to this book* Meredith and Cole are going into their Senior year of high school. They are inseparable together. Now both playing hockey, and being together for now more than a year, they thought nothing could hurt them. Meredith's Dad is Randy Adams, hockey legend from the late 90's on the Detroit Red Wings. He moves constantly for his new job, which now has nothing to do with hockey. When moving from Michigan to Maine, it was a good thing. Meredith got away from drama back home and she found her high school sweetheart, and quite possibly the love of her life. When Meredith moved to Maine, Cole found his soulmate and best friend. Meredith's fathers job is sending him to Chicago, which mean she has to move. Again. She has to leave her new life as best friends with the entire boys hockey team. But most importantly, she has to leave Cole. ********* One More Day follow Meredith's POV through her time on the first day at her new school to the next time she has a chance to see Cole again. Drama may cause some second thought on their relationship. But they love each other, so let's see how they turn out. *Each chapter name will have the number of days until Meredith and Cole can see each other again. She has exactly 93 days from her first day of school to when she gets to see Cole.* *mild sexual innuendo and content, and swearing* *Not all hockey players or their jobs in this book are real. Some NHL players might be real, but the jobs they have are made up*
