About beeing too loud, too quiet, too much, or never enough.
About loving when it hurts, surviving when it's unfair, and growing up in places that where never safe.

Most of what I write comes from real feelings, real fear, and real healing.
Some chapters were written while holding my breath. Others are finally learning how to breathe again.
