What happens to Robin and Nancy after the Season 5 epilogue? Nancy works in Boston at the Herald, and Robin attends Smith College, located about an hour and a half outside Boston. Upon their visit back to Hawkins, the two realize they live closer to each other than previously thought. Also, during their time in Hawkins, the two rekindle their relationship into something more than a friendship.
